Let’s study together thru the conversation of the students who really need to know about “Buddhism”

Rob :  I think that Buddhism is one the world’s religions,

            but I heard someone say that it is a way of life, that it is also an attitude.

Tim :   That’s right.  The word religion actually means that

             belief in a god or gods and the activities that are connected with 

             this belief, such as prayer or worship in a church or temple.

             But Buddhism does not teach us to believe in a god 

            or God – the Creator.

Rob :  Isn’t there God in Buddhism ?          

Tim :   As a matter of fact, a lot of gods and goddesses are

            frequently mentioned in Buddhism.

            But Buddhists are not taught to worship them.

Rob :  What do Buddhists believe ?       

Tim :   Well, a true Buddhist believes in the teachings of the Buddha

            which are known as the "Dhamma".

Rob :  Yes, that ‘s right.
